A recent study
discloses it takes 19 days and cost in excess $17,000 to re-enter just 20
megabytes worth of sales and marketing data. Retrieving accounting records
is even worse; they require over 21 days of work and cost over $19,000 to
re-type. For many businesses, this kind of cost can close your doors. Remote
backup service can keep these extreme expenses from hitting your company!

Does Essential Backup
work on Mac computers?
No, Essential Backup does not work on Macs. |
What type of
connection do I need?
Our service requires a reliable, dedicated Internet
connection. This connection could be 56K, ISDN,
cable modem, DSL, T1 or T3. The faster your
connection, the faster your backups will run.
I use AOL to
connect to the internet. Will Essential Backup
work with AOL?
Yes, but it can only work in the manual mode
and you will need to sign on to your AOL account
each time you want to backup. This is due
to the fact that AOL does not use a Dial-Up
Networking Connection and therefore, It can
not establish an internet connection on its
own. There are several other companies that
have a proprietary dial-up system, the same
is true of all of them.

Is
my data encrypted as it travels over the Internet?
Yes. All data is encrypted before it leaves

are NEVER transmitted to
our servers. We have NO WAY
of getting them back. Essential Backup recommends
